This month, we’re kicking things off by sharing staffing updates and (re)introducing the people who help keep everything running smoothly. Our team supports tenants, owners, and properties every day, so we want you to know who to contact and when.
Hunter Hughey
After many years of building and leading the company, stepped back from day-to-day operations at the end of 2025. We are incredibly thankful for his leadership and dedication. Hunter has transitioned into an ownership-only role, where he will remain a key visionary for the company while enjoying empty-nest life with his wife and continuing to improve his golf game.
Will Palladino
Promoted from Property Manager to Director of Property Management. He now oversees company operations and has stepped into Hunter’s role, supporting the entire team as we focus on growth, improvement, and exceptional service.
Adrien Goucher
In July, Adrien was promoted from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager. She splits the portfolio with Connor and serves as the primary contact for owners and tenants on her properties, while also managing turnovers, renovations, and lease signings. We’re very grateful to have Adrien on our team.
Connor Waldrop
Connor joined Marchant Property Management in August as our Assistant Property Manager. He also splits the portfolio with Adrien and oversees maintenance coordination, tenant communication, and routine property evaluations. Connor brings experience in land surveying, field operations, and project coordination. A fun fact: he’s also an FAA-licensed drone pilot!
Kelly Milz
Kelly joined Marchant Property Management in 2016 and is our longest-tenured employee. As our Leasing Coordinator, she manages new tenant applications and move-in transitions. Her friendly demeanor and exceptional organizational skills make her a vital part of our team, and she’s usually the first person you’ll meet if you stop by the office.
Brittany Caldwell
Brittany joined the team in 2018 and serves as our Accounting & Marketing Director. With more than 15 years of property management experience, she oversees financial operations and ensures tenants stay informed about payment deadlines. Outside of work, Brittany volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, serves as a board member, and is a published author of a children’s book.
Juan Delgado
Joined Marchant Property Management in 2020 and was promoted in 2024 to our Customer Support Manager, leading the customer experience team with Ana Pira and James Akbar. When you call our main office line, one of these team members will be ready to help or connect you with the right person. Together, they handle more than 150 calls each day and play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly
