Meet the Team Behind the Scenes

This month, we’re kicking things off by sharing staffing updates and (re)introducing the people who help keep everything running smoothly. Our team supports tenants, owners, and properties every day—and we want you to know who to contact and when.

Hunter Hughey
After many years of building and leading the company, Hunter stepped back from day-to-day operations at the end of 2025. We are incredibly thankful for his leadership and dedication. Hunter has transitioned into an ownership-only role, where he will remain a key visionary for the company while enjoying empty-nest life with his wife—and continuing to improve his golf game.

Will Palladino
Will has been promoted from Property Manager to Director of Property Management. He now oversees company operations and has stepped into Hunter’s role, supporting the entire team as we focus on growth, improvement, and exceptional service.

Adrien Goucher
Adrien was promoted in July from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager. She splits the portfolio with Connor and serves as the primary contact for owners and tenants on her properties, while also managing turnovers, renovations, and lease signings. We’re very grateful to have Adrien on our team.

Connor Waldrop
Connor joined Marchant Property Management in August as our Assistant Property Manager. He also splits the portfolio with Adrien and oversees maintenance coordination, tenant communication, and routine property evaluations. Connor brings experience in land surveying, field operations, and project coordination—and fun fact, he’s also an FAA-licensed drone pilot!

Kelly Milz
Kelly joined Marchant Property Management in 2016 and is our longest-tenured employee. As our Leasing Coordinator, she manages tenant applications and move-in transitions. Her friendly demeanor and exceptional organizational skills make her a vital part of our team—and she’s usually the first person you’ll meet if you stop by the office.

Brittany Caldwell
Brittany joined the team in 2018 and serves as our Accounting & Marketing Director. With more than 15 years of property management experience, she oversees financial operations and ensures tenants stay informed about payment deadlines. Outside of work, Brittany volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, serves as a board member, and is a published author of a children’s book.

Juan Delgado
Juan joined Marchant Property Management in 2020 and serves as our Customer Support Manager, leading Ana Pira and James Akbar. When you call our main office line, one of these team members will be ready to help or connect you with the right person. Together, they handle more than 150 calls each day and play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly.

In most cases, your designated Property Manager is the best place to start. You’ll receive a follow-up email soon introducing you to your assigned Property Manager.

As you can see, we’re a small but dedicated team—many of us live right here in Greenville. We’re excited about these changes and confident this structure will continue to strengthen the service and support you receive.

| 🌟 Local Spotlight: Things to Check Out This Month
Living here means being part of a great community—especially for those who’ve relocated from out of state. Each month, we’ll highlight local events, small businesses, and favorite spots to help you fall in love with Greenville.

This month’s picks:

• Frosty Farmer Winter Market – McAlister Square
Every Saturday from January 3–April 18, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Over 100 local vendors offering produce, meats, dairy, honey, baked goods, coffee, and more.

• Greenville Swamp Rabbits Hockey
Our local ECHL hockey team has an enthusiastic fan base, and the season is in full swing. Check the home game schedule online—there’s usually at least one home game each week.

• Wedding Festivals – Saturday, January 24 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Greenville Convention Center. The Upstate’s largest gathering of wedding professionals and engaged couples.

• The Outsiders – Peace Concert Hall
Winner of four 2024 Tony Awards®, including Best Musical. This classic coming-of-age story follows Ponyboy Curtis and his fellow “outsiders” in 1967 Tulsa. Multiple performances available—check online for dates.

All maintenance requests must be submitted through PropertyMeld. Emergencies should be reported using the emergency maintenance line, and a work order should still be submitted afterward. |
