Hi, I'm Brittany Caldwell, the accounting manager at Marchant Property Management. And what I do at market property management is ensure that your tenant is paying rent on time, and if they do not, to file the eviction and handle that process with the tenant and with you the owner. I also manage tenant collections after the tenant has moved out. Some reasons you might reach out to me are if you have questions about your monthly statement or your monthly payment, or if you have questions about your 1099 or Schedule E tax forms. You can also contact me with any invoice questions that you may have pertaining to your property, or any general accounting questions. I'll look forward to working with you. 

Hi, my name is Kelly Milz and the leasing coordinator. I'm the first face you will see when you come into our office. I mainly process applications and communicate with our current tenants. This includes doing new leases for approved applicants, then coordinating with them to get their utilities transferred into their name, and provide them with all the move in information they will need to make their move go smoothly. Once they are our tenants I will contact them about renewing their leases, scheduling any appointments, and forwarding the HOA notices or owner notices to them. In addition, I schedule the six months routine inspections for current properties. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance, and I look forward to working with you. 

Hi, I'm Carley Riggs, business development manager. I'm in charge of acquiring new properties to manage. I communicate directly with property owners to explain how our management services work, and also explain why we're the best at what we do. Hi, my name is Rod Joveres and I am an administrative assistant for Marchant Property Management, and I am in charge of getting your property on our website, MLS and other national real estate sites. I also edit the photos and post all of the professional photos and videos, video tours, on our website. And once the property is listed I also help coordinate with showings with other licensed real estates. I also handle coordinating utility transfers, connections for our tenants, and in addition to these tasks, I also monitor our live chat on our website.
