Great.

I was just calling to see if I can change my locks.

Brittany, you can change your locks with written approval. However, this will be at tenant expense and you're required to supply us with copies of every key.

Okay, awesome. I also wanted to know if I'm allowed to paint the master bedroom in our rental house.

Also, again with written approval from your owner.

Okay, cool. One last question, I just had a work order that I wanted to submit, so how would I need to put in a maintenance request?

You can do that through our property mail system. You can find that under the tenant tab on our website at www.MarchantPM.com and it says submit maintenance requests and that gets you all the information you need.
