Brittany Caldwell - Thursday, April 4, 2019

Brittany:
Hi, everyone. Back with [Brittany 00:00:01] and Hunter, with the 10 questions that you should ask your property manager when you're looking to hire someone to manage your rental property. So, property managers should understand your area that you live in, and where your property is located. And they also need to be located close enough to actually go out to the property, if there is ever a major issue. So Hunter, what areas do you service?

Hunter:
Well, I completely agree with you there, I think it's very important that you're close enough to be able to service it [inaudible 00:00:33] level. We're located in downtown Greenville, so we basically manage any properties within a 30 mile radius. And again, I do that just to make sure that we can put that customer service touch on it, and make sure that we're servicing, whether it be tenants, we wanna have good vendor relationships in the area. We're often doing inspections on the property, so we wanna make sure we can do those in a timely and efficient manner. And again, lastly, just wanna make sure that we're servicing everybody to the level that they need to be serviced to.

Brittany:
Great. And so, with the 30 mile radius, kinda what cities would that cover in the upstate area?

Hunter:
Yeah, basically all the upstate we'll cover, anything from Greenville, Easley, Taylors, Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, we'll go Piedmont, Powdersville, Travelers Rest, maybe even a little bit into Duncan, and those surrounding areas of Spartanburg as well.

Brittany:
Okay, great. So that was, what areas do you service for your properties.
